Keith A. Pagano, ESQ.

Keith A. Pagano has always maintained a distinguished reputation throughout the legal industry. We would like to share with you some more information about him.

Keith is President and Managing Partner of Pagano & Marks, P.C., practicing general civil law with a concentration in transactional work, including: Residential Real Estate, Consumer Bankruptcy, Divorce & Separation and Personal Injury law.  His clients include developers, builders, property owners, the injured and the general public from throughout the Richmond area.

Prior to founding Pagano & Marks, P.C., Keith was an associate at a Richmond area law firm, where he managed and expanded a branch office representing purchasers, buyers, debtors, spouses, the injured and more.  As a judicial law clerk with the Honorable George E. Sabbath, Superior Court of New Jersey, and with the Honorable L. Scott Melville, Superior Court of Connecticut, he researched a variety of legal issues and drafted civil and matrimonial Superior Court decisions.  He is licensed to practice law in Virginia is a member of the Virginia and City of Richmond Bar Associations, as well as, United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division, and Bankruptcy Sections of both the City of Richmond and Virginia Bar Associations.  Keith is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

He is an approved attorney with Bon Air Title, Southern Title, Piedmont Title and the Old Republic National Title and is also a Virginia Notary Public.  Keith is a published author, and most recently authored an article for The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, entitled “Simul et Simul: Understanding Estate Planning Principles in Conjunction with The Uniform Simultaneous Death Act and The Act’s Corresponding Tax Consequences,” 14 QUINNIPIAC PROB. L.J. 449 (2000).

Keith received his J.D. cum laude (with honors) from Quinnipiac University, School of Law (2000), where he was the recipient of an Academic Law Scholarship three years running for excellence in Academics.  During law school, Keith served as Associate Editor for the school’s Probate Law Journal, was a member of Phi Delta Phi – Legal Honors Fraternity, and Directory Committee Chairman and Senator for the Student Bar Association.  He received his B.A. with course distinction in Political Science from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where he was a Dean’s List student.
